Refund policy
No Change-of-mind Refunds
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. Please choose carefully before you finalise your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cozystickerroom@gmail.com. Once the order is processed or shipped, your order cannot be cancelled.
You are entitled to a refund for a major problem with a product covered by Australian consumer guarantees.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Incorrect Item
If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please contact us at cozystickerroom@gmail.com as soon as possible and provide us with an image of the products and order number.
Damaged/ Faulty Item
All product conditions are checked to be up to standard before fulfilment. If you receive a damaged product, please send us a picture of the damaged product together with the packaging and shipping label at cozystickerroom@gmail.com within 2 days.
To start a return, you can contact us at cozystickerroom@gmail.com. For all returns and refunds, the receipt or proof of purchase is required. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
