Orders over $50 are eligible for FREE STANDARD shipping and orders over $90 are eligible for FREE EXPRESS shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do not ship outside of Australia at this time.

However, if you’d like to place an order outside of Australia, please email us at cozystickerroom@gmail.com for a shipping fee quotation and we can assist you with the order. Please note that your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Cozy Sticker Room is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES 

No change-of-mind refunds.Please choose carefully before you finalise your purchase. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at cozystickerroom@gmail.com. Once the order is processed, your order cannot be cancelled. In the event that your order arrives damaged, please email us within 2 days at cozystickerroom@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
