If your order costs less, the remaining balance stays on your gift card automatically — just use the same code on your next order.

Refunds for orders paid with a gift card are returned to the original gift card. If your order was split between a gift card and another payment method, the non-gift card portion is refunded to the original payment method. We're unable to transfer gift card refunds to cash or other payment methods.
Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- Validity — Cozy Sticker Room gift cards are valid for 3 years from the date of purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire.
- Redemption — Gift cards can be redeemed online at cozystickerroom.com.au only. They cannot be exchanged for cash or used in conjunction with any other store credit.
- Balance — Any unused balance remains on the gift card and can be used across multiple orders until fully redeemed or the card expires.
- Partial payments — If your order total exceeds the gift card balance, the remaining amount can be paid using any accepted payment method at checkout.
- Non-refundable — Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be returned for cash. Refunds for orders paid with a gift card will be credited back to the original gift card.
- Lost or stolen cards — Cozy Sticker Room is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards. Treat your gift card code like cash.
- No fees — No fees apply to the purchase or use of this gift card.
- Discount codes — Discount codes may be used in the same transaction as a gift card, subject to the terms of the applicable discount.
